Business Development

A Kansas City native, Jenny was born and raised in Prairie Village. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Missouri, she began her career in Chicago before returning to her hometown.

Today, Jenny lives in Old Leawood with her husband Eric, their daughter Camille, and their German Shepherd, Bear. Outside of work, you’ll often find her outdoors—running, tackling DIY projects, or working on her latest landscaping endeavor. She loves transforming spaces into something special, whether it’s in her own backyard or a client’s home.

What do you love about your job?

I love that my role is fast-paced, people focused, and a mix of relationship-building and problem-solving. I get to meet new people, learn about their goals, and figure out how we can create something valuable together.

Why design-build?

There’s something really rewarding about seeing a project come together from start to finish. With Design-Build, everyone’s on the same page, which helps things run more smoothly and makes the whole experience easier for the client.
