We like to believe that your bathroom should be as beautiful as it is functional - neither of those qualities having to take a backseat to the other. So, we’re thoughtful about each component being rooted in your style, and all the while checking the boxes of a well-oiled room. With most of our master bathroom projects, we also take into account and affect the closets and bedroom. Looking at the entire suite comprehensively allows us to dedicate the right amount of square footage to each space - and that perfect ratio differs with every client and every unique home.
You’ll see that our bathrooms never feel cold or sterile. They’re warm and inviting. Practical and lovely.
It’s an age old question, and we’ve polled realtors for years on what their buyers want to see. Conclusion: no. As long as you have a bathtub somewhere else in the house (in an upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom, a guest en suite, etc.) you’re good to go. So, if you personally aren’t a bath lover, we steer you away from doing it exclusively for the sake of resale! There are just so many other things we could do with that floor space that you’d benefit from to waste it on a tub you’d never use.
But if you are a bath lover, we’ve got you. We love a good freestanding tub, but some of our favorite bathroom renovations feature a built-in tub with a beautiful marble surround.
